Super Cinnamon Granola

Heat your oven to 300 degrees F.

Chop the nuts and seeds on a cutting board or in a nut chopper. (If you put them in a food processor, they tend to get cut up unevenly.) Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until completely combined.

Spread the mixture over 2 large rimmed sheet pans and bake for 18 minutes. Take the pans out of the oven, and with a large spatula turn the granola over a few times. Turn off the oven and put the pans back in the oven for 15 minutes. This will give you that added crunch that's so delicious. Let the granola cool before storing it in an air-tight container.
