Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles, stir well, and lower the heat. Cook the noodles at a simmer for 4-6 minutes or until tender. Rinse the noodles in a colander with cool water.

Let the noodles continue to drain while you combine the sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until the tahini and nut butter are smoothly incorporated with the remaining ingredients. Add the noodles and mix well.
